I am Philip, I am 27 years old and I live in a small town in eastern France.
I have been a vegetarian since I was a child and a vegan for 3 years. Animal welfare, environmental and of course human well-being are subjects that fascinate me. I am addicted to organic, natural and I promote a healthy and delicious diet.
From a professional point of view, I am currently the main editor and writer of beauty, culinary, fashion and personal development for the magazines L’Atelier des Nanas (available in tobacco shops and press houses) and Natur’Elle (available in supermarkets, at the cash registers).
WHY THIS BLOG
Because I like to share all the discoveries I have made and continue to make about what surrounds us! If it had to fit in a box, my blog would be a “Lifestyle” blog. Here, we approach all the facets (at last we try) of a vegan, healthy and natural way of life: whether it is food, beauty, reflections on the animal cause or on the planet…
More and more of you come here every day, reading me, commenting, giving your opinion and expressing your feelings. Thank you for everything, especially for your kindness and support.
MY IDEAS
I am an abolitionist vegan, that is, I am in favour of the total abolition of animal exploitation. So I don’t want animals to be treated better (well, yes), but rather to stop using them completely for our own personal comfort. Animals do not have to serve us, they are living, sentient beings who feel pain, sadness… They do not express themselves in the same way as us and therefore cannot give us their consent, and it is not normal in my opinion to decide for them and torture them as we do. My credo has always been not to do to others what I don’t want to be done to me, which is why I became a vegan.
I am therefore against animal exploitation as a whole: whether it is food, cosmetics, clothing, leisure (zoos, circuses)…
PARTNERSHIPS
Sometimes I accept partnerships. Most of the time, I get gifts. I don’t partner with brands that don’t match my editorial line. When I accept, it’s because I want to tell you about this brand, its universe and the products in question. I have many proposals for products that have absolutely nothing to do with the blog and I do not accept them.
When I test beauty products, not only are they cruelty free and vegan, but also natural and organic. I refuse gifts when they do not meet these criteria, and of course they have been offered to me.
You can also find affiliate links on the blog. The principle is simple: if you buy a product that I recommend, I receive a commission on that purchase (between 2 and 8% of the price).
